For help regarding Aternos, we recommend you to visit our support center.

    1. Check your installed plugins in the "plugins" folder. Check and configure YML files. Make sure everything is right and is ready to go. I believe it's about the EssentialsX or SimpleTPA plugin, so please double-check it if it's alright and working normally.

    2. Maybe someone that has operator or admin rights is trolling you, so double-check your console to see server messages and player actions.
