Hi guys, I have problem on my server not working plugins! In the Russian-speaking guides can be seen that people have folders and not files .jar, what to do? (Minecraft 1.7.10, Yandex Translator)

You are downloading a .jar-file on your server. If you start your server the plugin loads and creates the folder with the config and other files to edit.
Make sure you installed a bukkit or spigot version which is compatible. -
We only accept plugins from DevBukkit and SpigotMC.

What plugin did you install? Did you check the server log yet on why the specific plugin doesn't work?
