Project Ozone 2 Problems

I was trying to make a server for me and my friends to play on for Project Ozone 2, but when we tried to log on to the server, it said Mod Rejection: Hardcore Questing Mode 4.4 or something like that. I couldn't figure it out for the life of me and my friends had no clue too. We're 100% positive that the version of the modpack is the exact same( 2 . 3 . 0 ). Help please? Thanks!

I tried it it still says "Mod rejections [FMLMod:HardcoreQuesting{4.4.4}]"
Is there a specific forge version I should use?

Now when I start my server, I can't seem to connect to it.
