how can I reopen my old account? I can't use my old account, and I tried create new account that same old name, pass and Email. I used new account and accessed new world. I want to play old world.

As you've registered with the same name again, I assume that you closed the old account more than 7 days ago.
We can only recover accounts within 7 days after closing them.

As Andreas already said cactus_jizo is active and not closed. If you are just not able to login, then try to use the forgot password function. -
My old account's name is cactus_jizo.
My new account and old account is same address and password.
This account closed three days ago.
When you close an account you are not able to reregister with the same username or email address within the following seven days.
So one of the information you've provided is false.
Are you sure you really closed your account? Maybe you just did something other wrong. -
You actually can't register a new account with the same username, IP address or email address as this information has to be unique.
If you have problems logging into your account make sure you type in the username and password correctly. If you think you forgot your password you can request a new one using the "Forgot password" function.
