Please add a link to your request.Also as far as i know this plugin does not exist, you need to use the normal essentialschat.

But that's not EssentialsXChat, that's the normal essentials and is already available.

We can't add plugins that aren't available at dev.bukkit.org or spigotmc.org. hub.spigotmc.org is not the same as spigotmc.org.
