I cant do anything with it. I just play a minute or about it, and then it stops working and server shuts down.
I tried to fix it.. but nope, nothing. Here is my log if someone would help me, I would be amazingly grateful!

I play with mods on Forge core.
I get all the time 'exception in server tick loop' as error.

Your server ran out of memory. This could be due to the large amount of (resource-intensive) mods you have installed. Alternatively, your world may have a lot of machines or mechanics that could add to this.
