Meaning the server can't be started with this new mod pack update.

Not true, me and my friend play on a private server daily and it starts fine.

It cannot be played on Aternos but maybe on the other hosting it can be played.

When you log in you can play, but when you look at the NEI type display a large majority of the items say "TooltipError" and if you try to craft the item it crashes your client
