I need help with the Civs plugin.

    So I have downloaded Civs as an alternative to towny in my Minecraft server (on a different Aternos account by the way) but whenever I try to click to even create a town a message just pops up in chat saying 'Permission denied'. I am, mind you an OP in my server, so I don't really know what the issue is here. I also have asked in the Civs page in the CurseForge website I believe but I noticed that the last time they answered a question was 2019. Anyway, is there any way to solve this dilema?
