I need to make a TXT file for one of my plugins, but before I create it I need to know what type of files are the ones you create on the Aternos files page. Can someone help me?

Nonsense....
You can only create files which contain normal text, also you can create files with every extension you want, out of .jar . So you can create many common files like .json, .yml, .txt etc.
This gives you the ability to create the most common files for nearly every plugin. -
