Evolving Technology is the modpack that surrounding the tech tree, to unlock certain mods you have to complete other mods. This pack has some cool mods like Applied Energestics 2, Biomes O' Plenty, Tinker's Construct, Pam's Harvestcraft, etc. This pack is pretty popular, it has over 200k downloads and has been played by alot of Youtuber.
