LuckPerms latest version is not avaiable it solves an issue with permission data not found could u kindly update to the latest version from https://ci.lucko.me/job/LuckPerms/ i dont know why the author has stopped uploading the newer versions to bukki tfor spiggot.org thank you for your help

Sorry, I can't. I've never used something else thanpex and essentialsgm(not available here). Maybe someone else can.
Development of pex may be stopped, the last commit on their github page was in January
