If you want to enter the team as a supporter you should check the requirements to apply. But for this you have to speak German.
If you are just English-speaking you could become a Discord or board helper. But we don't accept applications for these "jobs". If we see you beeing active and helpful we'll maybe talk about you. But if you ask to become a helper you won't become one!
Also you dont need to tell them about your applications, because they can see it and read it.
