When i join my server and i go in F5 and i see my player and it has a Glowing effect then i do /effect JbKingGamer clear and it says i dont have a effect i don't know how to fix it.

i think its the -region_title_reloaded or the anti cheat thing problem.

I assume that the problem is caused by a plugin.
Please remove plugin by plugin.
As soon as the problem does not occur anymore you know which plugin caused it. -
