It's everything that's good to make a dragon block server good it's a good blend of mods to make the ideal dragon block experience, i've seen that you have done Technic mod packs before so theres a link here - https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/dbc-kia-1710.802726 to the one i suggest be put it thank you! and please do add it, please keep it in mind . This has a server version it has to because there is a server already running on this modpack the mods it includes is pretty much the essential jin ryuu mods (dbc, family c, hd skins mo, etc) and custom npcs, damage indicators and computer craft which really adds to the fullness of the modpack and a few others.
p.s sorry for editing alot if it does not have a server version i can suggest and research more but i am very sure it does.
