How do you extract .jar file?

I want to use the plugin ServerShopGUI but when i download it aternos is giving me .jar file only. I need to extract the .jar file to get the things inside it but how can i do this in aternos? If there is no solution then can someone please suggest an alternative plugin because I really want a gui shop plugin.

You do not have to extract anything.
The .jar file is the plugin. If you restart ord reload your server after installing the plugin, it creates the config files.
