Ther is plugin on aternos called Morph for 1.12 but it needs "This plugin requires LibsDisguises and ProtocolLib." these plugins are missing on aternos and the morph plugin is ussles without these plugins, pls aternos when u are adding plugins make sure to add the plugins it needs too. 
You added morph plugin but dident add the plugins that this plugin needs >:/
