Technic Rexxit: Jurassic Pack 1.1.5 not working for my server

Technic Rexxit: Jurassic Pack 1.1.5 will not work i just press start and it loads but then it goes to offline i was told to restart i did and it keeps doing it this has been doing it for the past 2 days now maybe the reason why is because llibary requires a different version then the one it has here is the quote by one of the devs "To fix the 28% Crash in Rexxit Version 1.1.5:Please grab the file LLibrary-0.3.4-1.7.10.jar from Version 1.1.4c and replace LLibrary-0.4.3-1.7.10.jar in %appdata%.technic\modpacks\rexxit-jurassic-pack\mods"-sms77
