PermissionsEx Plugin And Others!

Hello Now. Im Starting my server and it says no problem with PermissionsEx but when i edit the file to make a prefix it shows me error.
Here is what i maked to make a prefix:

Please tell me what is it. If its from my editing to make a prefix please tell me what's wrong and how to make a prefix, and also if you can send me a pre-made one.

I have everything compatible with my versions i think. My server is 1.8.8

I dont know what to do. Is this from my editing to make prefixes? Or is it from the plugin? Or can i have pre-made prefixes for PermissionsEx.

So, My Version on PermissionsEx is 1.23.3. And downloaded 1.23.4 and this is the newest version.
I run my server and it showed no error!
But when i type the command /pex user MYUSERNAME group set default and type something in the chat
its going like this:
<MyUsername> tt

On the PermissionsEx, permissions.yml. Its like this

Where's the problem? I typed the command to make me a prefix. But nothing it shows me only that my name is red its from the Essentials that im admin.
But no prefix.. Where is the problem?

Doesn't work i downloaded 1.23 and everything is the same. It doesn't work says errors like the 1st time.
What do i do...
Nothing changed.
I tried 1.22 and this time the plugin is red.

I tried 1.23.2 and worked it is green. Im staying in this version and waiting for someone to tell me what to do.
To not fu*k up everything.
