[Plugin Request] Bukkit Hidden Syntax Blocker 2.1

Desp:I wanted to block that nasty /plugin:command bs and 18 lines of code later this popped out. All this plugin does is listens for a command and if the command has a colon in it the command is stopped dead in its tracks!
