Hello. So, I was just clearing up some useless plugins on my server and now that I've started it, PermissionsEx is disabled.

Here's what you need to do:
Delete the jar and its folder:
+resource_pack_1_2
+SimpleAd
+SignEdit
Install:
+AnimationLibs
Try restart your server. If not, go to pastebin and send me the whole permissions.yml from PermissionsEx
