You have to add your server adress to outgoing whitelist.

You have to open the port 25565 on tcp and udp. Just create first a tcp with ip 25565 then save and create a udp with 25565 and save.

sometimes i think that happened because something in the server has gone overloaded (works to me by checking https://aternos.org/log

No as Aternos servers do not run at port 25565
Anyway, please have a look at my first post. Blocking outgoing connections is absolutely nonsense and does not provide any additional security.
I recommend you to keep the default settings of your router or firewall and only edit settings if you know what you are doing.
Also there is no specific/static port where your server runs on. At Aternos your server port changes every you start your server.
Aternos is made to be compatible with default Internet set ups. If you have any special settings (especially nonsense settings as a outbound port block) we are not able to help you in any way!

I have already tested aternos with minecraft java edition successfully.
But now I'm trying to use the minecraft WIN10.
In this case, I changed to Pocketmine-MP Build 920 software.
Where can i find the correct port ?!? In IP, I´m using mateusnl.aternos.me.
Look the attached images. In this configuration, It doesn´t connect.
I´m using the port in console window. I dont believe in firewall problems.
Can you help me ?
