joining at spawn

It seems when I join into my server I always join at spawn instead of where I last was. is there anything I can do about this?

Yes. I have many intalled

The main ones that are used are super lobby citizens 2 and WorldEdit and additional to citizens commandnpc.

Yeah, it all most takes over the entire server haha
