I tried to play tinkers construct on the server with a friend but it said that mantle was rejected. I was really confused because tinkers construct requires mantle to run. I thought that maybe Aternos forgot to install mantle, but does anyone know a way around this?

You also have to install Mantle onto your client.
Also make sure that you have the same versions of the mods installed.

Install forge as described in many tutorials in the internet.
Then put mantle and tinkers construct into your mods folder
