The server files for these old versions are not available anymore, so we can not add them.

We only add them from the official sources of Mojang.
(Also only a hand of people play these old betas. So I think the effort to add this is much higher than the benefit)

You can get the original files by using thewaybackmachine and going back to an old version of the minecraft.net and get them there.
