if you would add the upload button for plugins i would be thankful. What you could do is only allow .jar files to be uploaded to people cant upload viruses. Pls dont reject this as soon as you see it pls tell me why this might not be possible. Thank you

Not impossible, but .jar files can have viruses it's not common, but someone could rename the file to a plugin name and it could be a virus. The answer to this question is always no
