DiscordSRV: Cannot start the bot on Discord

Hi
I run a Bukkit server 1.11.2 I don't have that much experience but I've followed the tutorial on how to make DiscordSRV work I have a discord server and Made a Bot and also copied the token in the config given the specific channel id but when I start the server bot is not starting.

What should I do?

You should restart the server twice for that to work. And make sure the bot assigned to the role that has put in the first place (higher than the Owner rank)
