My plugins folder is already created, I am telling u this because i went through the previous posts and found that a person had this same problem and his plugin folder wasn't created. When ever i download a plugin it shows me in the plugins folder in the file, but when i enter the server the plugin doesn't work.
Please Solve this problem of mine. expecting positive response.

What plugin are you using? I don't know what plugin are you talking about?

What software are you using? If that's Vanila, switch to Bukkit/Spigot

use bukkit mc version

Make sure you restarted your server after adding the plugins.
Also check to make sure you have all the plugins those 2 rely on to run (just for example, Essentials Economy [or whatever it's called] requires the plugin Vault to work right)
