Massive Dig, can`t match server version

Hi!
I want to play Massive Dig with some friends,
but when I am trying to join the server it says "incompatible FML modded server".
What can I do to fix it?

Please make sure that you use the same version of the modpack as on the server.

I solved it myself, used the wrong server firmware, but now Ive ran into another problem. My server is overloaded. How can I fix that?

I am running a Massive Dig server, 1.8.3 and I only have one plugin installed on the server.

According to the log your server is not overloaded.

The world is corrupted or not compatible with the server software you're using.
