  • Hello everyone,

I just discovered Aternos and I created a server for a couple friends of mine. Since there is a timeout for inactivity and I don't always have access to the Aternos website, I cannot start the server when friends need it.

So I wanted to know if there is a chance to develop a little app through any kind of APIs (better) or libraries that allow me to monitor the server status and, maybe, to start/stop it remotely.

I know it's a bit of a strange question and that this kind of things are not always safe, but it would really help and enhance this really good service.

Thank you in advance for the help, have a good day!

  • Yeah. I wish you did. I want to make it so some of my staff can start the server if it's necessary, but can't view plugins, files, settings, or the console. But still he said no :(

  • I do believe they plan to add server sharing soon, for users with similar situations (I heard something about this in the Helper discord channel. Correct me if I'm wrong Roman)
