modded server stopping at starting screen

I'm trying to run the mianite reborn modpack and it just stops. I've checked the console and it doesn't show that it has an errors. here is the log: https://mclo.gs/cMxJ3F6

Please help. I don't see anything. I don't know another way to share the log, other than save a notepad, which I will do. aternos mianite reborn.txt

ok. it is working now but now it kicks people when we are on the server playing after about an hour and a half.

only "Timed out"

the server restarts right after it says timed out and it does it to all players no matter what connection they are using. my friend lives somewhere else than me. And right after kicking everyone it shuts down. only saying "Timed out" to everyone.

that's what I've been sharing. It gives no error code, kicks all the players, tells all of them "Timed out" no matter their connection, I grab the log and then share it. I can do it again later. we aren't on the server now tho,
