Make sure PlotSquared is installed and do /p setup
Multiverse-Core isn't necessary.

when join server and go to creative world?

Why don't you just watch YouTube about that?

1. If Multiverse is installed, do /mvtp [creative world name]
2. If Essentials is installed:
a. do /world [creative world name]
b. set a warp with /setwarp [name] and get back to it with /warp [name]
3. If EssentialsSpawn is installed just do /setspawn in the creative world and you will automatically be teleported there when you join (with some config modification)

You can generate a command is /mv create creative normal -g PlotSquared

You can generate a command is /mv create creative normal -g PlotSquared
or just /p setup

The default is not the /p command, it's /ps (for PlotSquared)

/p is an alias for /plotsquared. So are /ps, /plot, /p2, and /plotme.
