My plugins are having problems.

Im having annoying issues. All of a sudden, after having 13 plugins, the server randomly had problems. Some plugins stopped loading even though they were in the files. I reinstalled the plugins, after removing them from files, and 1 plugin, just won't install and gives a error Help please!

After waiting a while, it fixed itself. All my plugins are loaded for once now.
