Is there *any* way to get custom plugins?

I've seen threads about custom plugins and how it would be a security risk to add them. That's fine, i get that.

I'm just wondering is if there's a way to request a plugin to be added to the list of plugins that Aternos offers? For example, i want to add SkyChanger. Granted, i'm not totally sure if it's a multiplayer mod, but that isn't the point here It's public on spigotmc, yet not on the list of plugins Aternos offers. Is there some way i can request for said plugin to be added to the list? Or, how does it work?
