So I have a map that I use with my friends pretty much every day (survival), but 2 days ago I decided to change the map to play some mini game with them, but I did not know about the upload in excess, is there any way I can I load this map with 241mb without having to go back to some old save?Or did I totally lose this map? ;

No you can't. But you can shrink the size by delete some chunks in the map. MCEdit can do that
