Timed out or internal exception

My friends and I have a server on Aternos and they're all able to connect fine but within 20 seconds of connecting I time out. I also seem to time out on any Aternos specific hosted server. I've tried a vpn, disabling my firewall, and the dyn ip. When I ping the static ip I send 4 packets and receive none, however with the dyn ip I ping it fine but still time out when connecting to it.

Yes I time out or have an internal exception in which it says that I the client disconnected.
Yes we play with the Pixelmon Reforged modpack.
The console simply says that I disconnected.

Yes I did. It worked for about 30 minutes then went back to timing out again. I will try again and get back to you.
