Hi all,
i've a problem, i want upload a spigot plugin on my server, but i don't find it on section "Plugins"..
The plugin is this: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/telegramchat.16576/
I know that i can't upload custom plugin, but only spigot and bukkit.. but this is an spigot plugin :\ why i don't find/i can't upload it?
Help me please! 
That plugin isn't added yet.If you want to request the plugin first make sure you read the whole thread on How to write a (good) plugin/modpack/mod request then,go on the topic Mod/Modpack/Plugin request and write your request as it says on the thread.
