When Are 1.13 
Plugins Coming out.
I Wanted To Make a 1.13 Server With My Friends But i Needed a Few Plugins Like World Edit, Setspawn etc.

We Want To Have The Server Semi Vannila No CE ( Custom Enchants ) Or Claiming Just Like Setspawn And I Can Mostley Do Evry Thing Else I Need With Commands i Rly Just Need Setspawn
You cannot download plugins on vanilla servers
What i Mean By That To Have Bukkit/Spigot But Just Not add A Lot Of Plugins
Im Just Asking If You Know When Bukkit/Spigot Have 1.13 Plugins For
Aternos can’t update plugins since they are not the authors but if the plugin has a new update it will be automatically fetch by aternos system
