[Mod] Naruto Anime Mod

I would appreciate it if you could add the Naruto Anime Mod.

Naruto Anime Mod is where it adds chakra which lets you walk on water climb up walls and use ninjutsu. Ninjutsu is some affinitys like fire, earth, water, lightning and wind two more which are yin and yang. The rest are pretty self explanatory but yin and yang is basically black and white yin is yin relates to one's spiritual energy and yang relates to one's physical energy. This is from an anime called Naruto.
