Console doing things on its own

Hi, so I was playing the mod Astral Sorcery 1.9.2 on my server bagless.alternos.me and the server started doing things on its own. This is a server between me, one of my friends, and my boyfriend (who couldn't play at the time) and the friend and I were playing when things like this happened. (See attachments)

'This is really weird, and i need help! I don't think my friend is messing with me and it's messing with our gameplay experience.

I'll send the console log if anybody wants it.
