you have to remove or use another version of Commandbook and Residence because it throws mayor errors.

you have to delete your player.dat in the world folder then it should work and when you dont find it its the (UUID).dat

he should have its not a problem from the plugin or if hes op or not the problem is that his player file in the world like i said is bugged and he has to delete it.
