  • So I was looking at the modpack requests on the forum today, and I noticed that a lot of them were rejected because they weren't popular enough and some were too resource-heavy.

Just in case I request one in the future, I just want to make sure: how many downloads does a pack need to be considered "popular"? 1K? And at what point does a modpack has too many mods and is considered resource-heavy? Or is it based on how much memory it takes on the computer? Personally, my Minecraft starts lagging at around the 30th mod and it doesn't really take that much memory, but I just wanna make sure what makes it considered too heavy here. Thanks!

It is no only the download count. We check the comments, last updates, user interaction, popularity on other plattforms etc.

There is also no real limit.

We add them to our system an check how good they are working.

If the modpack runs smoothly without problems, it gets add.
