I've a problem with the mods Biome Bundle and OpenTerrainGenerator, the problem is when i want generate a world with the custom generation of theses mods, it's doesn't work because i don't have the interface of the custom generator OTG, and when i'm connecting on the server it's a minecraft generation. I want help for this, can you help me please ?

Go to the worlds page, click on generate.
Type "OTG" into the world type field, then click generate again.
Please note that your currently world will be deleted then

Please move a bit around, sometimes the spawn area is still the default biome.

So I just rechecked it.
In order to generate OTG worlds you the level-type and level-name must be set to OTG
Unfortunately customizing the level-name is not supported yet.
You could try to generate the world on singleplayer and upload your map.

What do you mean with small?
You can walk around and new chunks will be generated.
