My sever just says starting and never actually starts please help

I'm using a 1.7.10 forge server whenever I start my server it just stays on starting for a little while then goes offline, I've check the console logs and nothing is there please help!

The reason for this could be that you have too much mods installed, mods you're using are incompatible or the server crashes for another reason on startup.

Check the console for error messages and to find out why your server crashes.
