Players Kicked From Server

Software version: Vanilla 1.13 (no plugins)

Computer specs: NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 3gb, AMD FX-8300, 1200mb DDR3 RAM, 1TB hard drive, 600w PSU

Players from my server keep getting kicked. One of my friends is allowed to play, I am allowed to play, my other friend gets disconnected because their connection drops. I don't know if it's client-side or server side, or if it's because the server keeps getting this message:

Like I said, I can play and my other friend can play, but the third cannot. I can provide any information necessary to proceed. Thank you for your time.

Which error message does your friend see when he gets kicked?

The log does not help to solve that problem if your friend did not play on while log was created.
