    Description: Simple Help Tickets bietet ein einfaches und effektives System für Benutzer, um die Hilfe eines Admins anzufordern. Ich begann als ein eher leichtes Plugin, das ich für den persönlichen Gebrauch zusammenstellte und beschloss, es zu teilen, es hat sich aufgrund der großen Nachfrage weiter ausgedehnt. Mit / ticket kann ein Benutzer ein Hilfsticket öffnen, das dann von einem Administrator überprüft und bearbeitet werden kann. Sowohl Benutzer als auch Administrator können auf Tickets antworten, um einen weiteren Dialog über ein Ticket zu führen. Wenn sich ein Benutzer anmeldet und ein offenes Ticket eine Antwort von einem Administrator erhalten hat, wird dies geschehen
