[Mod Request] Emerald and obsidian mod

I would like to request for the emerald and obsidian mod to be added

Description: This mod adds in both emerald and obsidian armour and tool sets. The mod adds in 2 different varients of both obsidian and emerald armour with the base armour and reinforced armour as well as reinforced tool sets. The mod also adds in other items such as a shurikan smasher and a scimitar.
