Hello Aternos again!
I found this mod called Wizardry Mod it adds spells into the game. It is kind of like ars magica 2 but it is made for 1.12.1 and 1.12.2.
There is also
Embers and Embers Rekindled which adds Dwarven Themed Magic/tech
And lastly
Roots which adds Druidic magic
