Can the devs add plugins reuploaded from blackspigot to bukkit? Also the plugin Inventory Restore+ is a good plugin and on aternos isnt any plugin which saves the inventory...
theres no FTP (i dont care about it) anything and poor plugins... +the updates are sooooooo long...

No. And we have already explained here in the forum several times why we will never support blackspigot and why blackspigot is such a **** site

Just upload with this date anything changed... But a lot of plugins on Aternos is outdated ffs also you every time you deny plugins which are most useful 
. Also there is a limit of disc on plugins which you can only add plugins '' selected ''?Please fix bug when i write i get removed 1 letter and i need press double this same letter to get fixed the 1 letter
