Why are some mods on the list but others aren't? I'm having this problem with certain buildcraft addons and all of the galacticraft mods and addons. Why aren't these on the mod list?

Probably because these mods aren't hosted at curseforge. If they, then You should write a mod request in this topic Mod Requests
