I'm trying to use Commands, and Download Plugins for my Spigot 1.13.2 server, BUT THEY DON'T WORK!!!! How do I work out the Pluhins if they do not work, even I AM OP!!!! Help!

Not many plugins/mods are currently made for 1.13.x
You'll have to either downgrade to 1.12.x or use Vanilla 1.13.x

Also, the post creator is talking about Plugins for 1.13 (which there are few of), not Forge 1.13
